Clients Testimonial

Trusted by Families and Professionals
My work is built on trust, compassion, and experience. Here’s what clients and colleagues say about working with me—real stories that show the care, expertise, and support I bring to every situation, helping people navigate care with confidence and peace of mind.

I would just like to say thank you again for all your support. I feel that it’s been a positive experience and helped me cope with the next phase of my loved one’s dementia. Having a professional independent view reinforced what I thought, but it was lovely to feel that you were also my loved one’s advocate. I wasn’t alone in my thinking and for that support I really am grateful.
Private Client
I am really grateful for the support and guidance Susan provided during a challenging time for my family. Susan suggested and connected us to the appropriate resources and monitored and reviewed if any were having a positive impact or not. I was involved in decisions and the family were treated with respect and kindness. Susan always made sure my uncles care, well-being and finances were at the forefront of any decisions made.
Private Client
“Susan provided a CPD session for our Regional Will Writer meeting. Her expertise and insights on the subject of Mental Capacity and specifically Mental Capacity Assessments are unparalleled. I would definitely recommend Susan for any Mental Capacity Assessment requirements. Her professionalism and integrity is beyond reproach.”
